Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Slice and serve warm, topped with butter or avocado. Can be refrigerated for about a week or frozen for up to three months.
