  • 2 lbs Chicken, pork, or beef Choose your preferred protein.
Spices
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
Optional Herbs
  • Thyme Add for extra flavor.
  • Rosemary Add for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Choose your protein (chicken, pork, or beef).
  2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the meat in the crock pot, adding any additional herbs if desired.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender.
