Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean cutting board or countertop.
- Take one tortilla wrap and spread a thin layer of cream cheese (or hummus) evenly over it.
- Place 2 slices of turkey on top of the cream cheese, covering the surface as much as possible.
- Lay 1 slice of cheddar cheese over the turkey.
- Scatter a handful of spinach and sliced bell peppers on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly until you reach the other end, ensuring all ingredients stay inside as you roll.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches thick.
- Arrange the slices on a platter and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later.
- Continue the process for the remaining tortilla wraps until all ingredients are used.
Notes
These roll ups last about 3-5 days in the refrigerator if stored in an airtight container. Don’t add too many wet ingredients until right before serving to keep that crunch intact.
