Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Layer
  • 3 packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 large eggs
Cake Layer
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 9-inch store-bought pumpkin pie (premade/store-bought)
Frosting
  • 12 ounces unsalted butter (softened, 3 sticks)
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 3-4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (cold)

Method
 

Cheesecake Layer
  1. Beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the heavy whipping cream and eggs, mix until creamy.
Cake Layer
  1. Preheat your oven and grease your cake pans.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
  4. Add the flour mix to the butter mixture, alternating with milk. Stir until just combined.
Frosting
  1. Beat together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a splash of heavy whipping cream until fluffy.
  2. Add cinnamon if you like that extra kick.
Assembly
  1. Trim each layer so they are approximately the same size.
  2. Layer the cheesecake, cake layers, and pumpkin pie on top.
  3. Frost the whole assembling layers with the prepared frosting.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or caramel sauce for extra flair. Refrigerate for intensifying the flavors.
