Cheesecake Layer
- Beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the heavy whipping cream and eggs, mix until creamy.
Cake Layer
- Preheat your oven and grease your cake pans.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and spices.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
- Add the flour mix to the butter mixture, alternating with milk. Stir until just combined.
Frosting
- Beat together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a splash of heavy whipping cream until fluffy.
- Add cinnamon if you like that extra kick.
Assembly
- Trim each layer so they are approximately the same size.
- Layer the cheesecake, cake layers, and pumpkin pie on top.
- Frost the whole assembling layers with the prepared frosting.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or caramel sauce for extra flair. Refrigerate for intensifying the flavors.
