  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning Use a pre-made blend or make your own.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped For a fresh base.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Adds sweetness and color.
  • 1 whole avocado, diced For creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack) Your choice of cheese.
  • 1/4 cup sour cream For topping.
  • 1/4 cup salsa For an extra flavor kick.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing the meat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.

Notes
