Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until bright green, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the blanched green beans and half of the French fried onions to the mixture. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top with the remaining French fried onions, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the onions are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. To freeze, use an airtight container; it’ll last up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave, but add crispy toppings fresh.
