- In a pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes until they turn bright green. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Cooking
- Toss the blanched green beans into the skillet and mix well to coat them in the garlic butter.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
Notes
These green beans can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. Reheat in a skillet before eating. Fresh is ideal but frozen green beans can also be used; adjust blanching time as needed.
