  • 2 links cooked sausage, crumbled Use fully cooked sausage for best flavor.
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled Feel free to add spices for extra flavor.
  • to taste shredded cheese Optional, but highly recommended!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a pan while cooking the sausage until browned.
  4. Mix the crumbled sausage and scrambled eggs together in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the crescent dough.
  6. Roll up the dough from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months and reheat as needed.
