- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Melt the dark chocolate gently until silky and smooth using a microwave or double boiler.
- Mix in the puffed quinoa and peanut butter (if using) until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet or press it into a mini muffin tin. Sprinkle with flaky salt.

These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about two weeks, or in the freezer for up to two months.
