Cookie Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
Optional Add-ins
  • chocolate chips or nuts Customize based on preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats, protein powder, baking soda, and a sprinkle of salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
Baking
  1. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  3. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy your healthy snack!

Notes

These cookies can be stored in the fridge for up to a week or frozen for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds before consuming.
