  • 3-4 lbs pork loin Choose a quality pork loin for the best result.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Can substitute with a mix of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.

Preparation
  1. Rub the pork loin with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned pork loin in the Crock Pot.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour it over the pork.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, remove the pork from the Crock Pot, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice or shred.
  6. Serve with the cooking juices.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. To freeze, store for up to three months. Reheating with a splash of broth or gravy keeps it moist.
