- Rub the pork loin with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned pork loin in the Crock Pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour it over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the Crock Pot, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice or shred.
- Serve with the cooking juices.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. To freeze, store for up to three months. Reheating with a splash of broth or gravy keeps it moist.
