- Rinse the fresh green beans and trim the ends.
- In a pot, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar and bring to a boil.

- Place the green beans in a jar and pour the hot liquid over them, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes
Once pickled, they can last for about 2-3 weeks in the fridge. Ensure they are always submerged in the brine. You can experiment by adding dill, mustard seeds, or even other veggies.
