  • 1/4 cup coconut oil Melted coconut oil works well.
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder Dark cocoa for a richer flavor, if preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (like erythritol or stevia) Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined. You want it velvety!
Freezing
  1. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined muffin tin.
  2. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
Serving
  1. Remove from molds and enjoy your guilt-free fat bomb snacks!

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage (up to three months). No need for reheating; they’re perfect chilled!
