- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and well combined. You want it velvety!
Freezing
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined muffin tin.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
Serving
- Remove from molds and enjoy your guilt-free fat bomb snacks!
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage (up to three months). No need for reheating; they’re perfect chilled!
