- Slice the banana into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread peanut butter on one side of each banana slice.
- Sandwich another banana slice on top of the peanut butter.
- Serve immediately as a snack.
Notes
These bites are best made fresh. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to a couple of days, but do not freeze. For added flavor, consider trying almond or sunflower seed butter, and use lemon juice on bananas to prevent browning.
