Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan, baking powder, garlic powder, dried herbs, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter together.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving
- Slice and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Store in the fridge for about 5 days or freeze for up to a month. Slice before freezing for easy reheating.
