Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour Be sure to measure accurately.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use finely grated for best texture.
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder Ensure it's fresh for rising.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs Includes oregano and basil.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt To enhance flavor.
Wet Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs Whisk well before adding.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted Adds moisture and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan, baking powder, garlic powder, dried herbs, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter together.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling
  1. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving
  1. Slice and enjoy with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Store in the fridge for about 5 days or freeze for up to a month. Slice before freezing for easy reheating.
