Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and bacon until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Combine the cooked meat with marinara sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in the skillet.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
Assembly
- In a baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers as needed.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Allow to cool completely before wrapping. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
