Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, toss the sausage, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
- Roast for 20 minutes, then add the green beans and give everything a good stir.
- Return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until everything is cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with fresh herbs, crusty bread, or a light salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
