  • 1 lb Sausage (your choice) Choose spicy, sweet, or smoky based on preference.
  • 1 lb Potatoes (cubed) Any variety can be used.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Paprika Can substitute with chili powder or cumin.
  • 1 lb Green beans (trimmed) Frozen beans can be used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, toss the sausage, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
  1. Roast for 20 minutes, then add the green beans and give everything a good stir.
  2. Return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until everything is cooked through and golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh herbs, crusty bread, or a light salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
