  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Can substitute with almond or sun butter.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Use your favorite flavor.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup M&Ms or similar candy
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, protein powder, and honey until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips, M&Ms, nuts, and vanilla extract.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for a quick and healthy snack.

Notes

These protein balls can be stored in the fridge for about a week or in the freezer for up to three months. No need to reheat; just grab and go!
