Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Glazing
- For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with maple syrup and a little milk to get the desired consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies and let it set before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them in a tightly sealed bag for up to three months.
