Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the onion into rings.
  3. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each onion ring into the egg mixture, then coat it with the parmesan mixture.
  6. Place the coated rings on the baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Notes
