  • 5 pieces Mission Zero Carb tortillas
  • 2.5 sticks string cheese, cut in half
  • 10 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 15 slices turkey pepperoni
  • I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray For spraying
  • oregano To taste
  • grated Parmesan cheese To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On each tortilla, spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce.
  3. Add 3 turkey pepperoni slices and half a string cheese stick.
  4. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray with butter spray and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 10–12 minutes until they’re crispy and golden!

Notes

Serve these crispy rolls with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
