  • 2 cups Low carb vegetables (like zucchini, bell peppers, or spinach) Choose your favorite mix
Cheese and Seasoning
  • 1 cup Cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar) More cheese can be added for extra flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add low carb vegetables to the pan and cook until tender.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.
  6. Serve hot.
