Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the cream cheese and eggs, and combine everything until a dough forms.
- If the dough seems a bit dry, add water gradually to reach the right consistency.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into pretzels.
- Place the pretzels on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds or coarse salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Serve them warm with your favorite dip!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a month.
