  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese Can be substituted with vegan cream for a dairy-free option.
  • 2 large eggs Can be substituted with flax eggs for vegan option.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water Add gradually to achieve desired dough consistency.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sesame seeds or coarse salt for sprinkling

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add in the cream cheese and eggs, and combine everything until a dough forms.
  4. If the dough seems a bit dry, add water gradually to reach the right consistency.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into pretzels.
  6. Place the pretzels on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds or coarse salt.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  8. Serve them warm with your favorite dip!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a month.
