  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Can be substituted with soft goat cheese or vegan alternative.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to use your favorite cheese.
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adjust seasoning according to taste.

  • Low-carb wraps or cheese wraps

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese together until well combined.
  5. Lay out the low-carb wraps and spread the cheese mixture evenly on each wrap.
  6. Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto the cheese-covered wraps and roll them up tightly.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are slightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and then slice into portions.
