Baking
- Bake the meatballs for 25 minutes until they are cooked through and fragrant.
- Transfer the baked meatballs to a casserole dish.
- Top the meatballs with the low-carb tomato sauce, remaining mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- For a golden topping, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and enjoy hot!
Notes
