- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, then add in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine both mixtures until smooth.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet, spacing them out.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until they’re golden.
- Let them cool before enjoying.
Notes
For a crunchy texture, bake cookies a bit longer. Store in the fridge for 5 days or freeze for a month. Reheat in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds.
