Preparation
- Take a large leaf of iceberg lettuce.
- Place thick slices of pepperoni and salami in the center of the lettuce leaf.
- Add a slice (or two) of smoked Gouda on top.
- Wrap the lettuce around the meats and cheese tightly.
- Serve immediately as a low-carb lunch.
Notes
Store the wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Best eaten fresh but ingredients can be prepared in advance. Avoid freezing as lettuce does not freeze well.
