Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and honey until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in the oats, flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them well.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze with parchment paper between layers.
