  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for a vegan option, use maple syrup

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Mix until everything’s well combined.
  3. If you’re feeling indulgent, fold in mini chocolate chips or dried fruit.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and shape them into small balls or press them into a baking dish for bars.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These snacks stay fresh in the fridge for about a week. They can also be frozen for later use—just allow them to defrost before serving.
