Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until combined.
- Add the egg and mix everything until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it’s nice and thin.
- Cut into small squares to resemble crackers.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
These crackers keep well in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. You can also freeze them for a month. For the best crunch, reheat in the oven.
