  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Can use different cheese varieties for flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg Can substitute with flax egg for vegan option
  • Optional: spices or herbs for flavor Suggestions include cayenne or Italian herbs

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Add the egg and mix everything until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it’s nice and thin.
  5. Cut into small squares to resemble crackers.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

These crackers keep well in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. You can also freeze them for a month. For the best crunch, reheat in the oven.
