Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the Magerquark, eggs, baking powder, flour, vanilla extract, and sweetener of your choice. Stir until well blended.
  2. In a non-stick pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Using an ice cream scoop, drop round mounds of the batter into the pan.
  2. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Dust with powdered sugar and top with your favorite berries.
