- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper for easy removal.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
- Optionally, sprinkle on some chocolate chips or nuts.
- Freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container or zip-top bag and store them in the freezer.

Store in the freezer for 1-2 months. For a quick snack, let them sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.
