  • ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter) You can try different nut butters.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Maple syrup makes it vegan.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with wax paper for easy removal.
  3. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle on some chocolate chips or nuts.
  5. Freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container or zip-top bag and store them in the freezer.

Notes

Store in the freezer for 1-2 months. For a quick snack, let them sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.
