  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  4. Once thickened, stir again and serve chilled. Enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3–5 days. For serving, consider topping with whipped coconut cream, nuts, granola, or fresh fruit.
