Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the ends of the green beans and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss until coated.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using), and mix well!
- Spread the green beans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately and watch them disappear!
Notes
Leftover Garlic Parmesan Green Beans keep well in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Store in an airtight container to keep their freshness.
