Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until coated.
  4. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using), and mix well!
  5. Spread the green beans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve immediately and watch them disappear!

Notes
