Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Melt the butter in another bowl, then mix it with the eggs and vanilla until well blended.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheets.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, aiming for soft centers and set edges.
Notes
Serve warm with milk or ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days or freeze for up to a month.
