Assembly
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, the beef mixture, cottage cheese blend, and mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
Baking
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Can be garnished with fresh basil or extra Parmesan. This lasagna keeps well for 3-5 days in the fridge or can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
