Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk, sautéed mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
- Add the blanched green beans to the mixture and stir well.
Baking
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and onions are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
