  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk, sautéed mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the mixture and stir well.
Baking
  1. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with crispy fried onions.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and onions are golden brown.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
