- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
- Add the vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, allow the chicken to cook longer. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
