Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse and cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, melted dark chocolate, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
- Let cool, then break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container for about a week. They can be frozen for up to three months. Re-crisp in the oven if needed.
