Preparation
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Place the butter on top of the seasoning.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Serving
- Shred the beef with two forks and serve with the delicious juices.
Notes
For best results, cook low and slow. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
