- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. They can also be frozen for 2-3 months. For reheating, add a splash of cream to maintain creaminess.
