Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add cream cheese and ranch seasoning on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir it all together with the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until it melts and combines nicely.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over rice, in sandwiches, or enjoy on its own! Garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for about 3 months. When reheating, use the microwave or stovetop.
