  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil) Any neutral oil will work
  • 6 cloves garlic Fresh garlic is preferred
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan Adjust cheese type if desired
  • ¼ tsp salt Or to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Lemon, to squeeze over the top Optional, for a zesty flavor

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Trim both ends off your green beans and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add your green beans, oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss until everything is fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Pour the green beans onto your prepared baking pan, spreading them out in a single layer.
  2. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
  3. Squeeze a little lemon over the top before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, always use fresh garlic. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days and reheated in the oven. Avoid freezing to maintain crispiness.
