Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the green beans and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to become tender and crispy.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, but reheat to regain their crunch.
