Preparation
  1. In a large pot, sauté onion, celery, and garlic until softened.

  4. Add the shredded chicken, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until heated through.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave until hot. For a dairy-free option, substitute vegan cream cheese and use coconut milk.
