Preparation
- Grab a mixing bowl and toss in the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Use a hand mixer (or a stand mixer) to blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Heat the caramel dip in the microwave in 15-second intervals until it’s pourable.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Pour the warm caramel over the creamy base and spread it out.
- Sprinkle the toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts on top.
- Prepare fresh apple slices for dipping.
Notes
For better presentation, drizzle a bit more caramel on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days.
