  • 8 oz cream cheese block, softened Use room-temperature for easier blending.
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup caramel dip Warm in the microwave before pouring.
  • 2 tbsp toffee bits Adds crunch and sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • Apples (for dipping) Use your favorite varieties.

Preparation
  1. Grab a mixing bowl and toss in the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Use a hand mixer (or a stand mixer) to blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat the caramel dip in the microwave in 15-second intervals until it’s pourable.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Pour the warm caramel over the creamy base and spread it out.
  6. Sprinkle the toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts on top.
  7. Prepare fresh apple slices for dipping.

Notes

For better presentation, drizzle a bit more caramel on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days.
