Preparation
- Chop your veggies and throw them in the crockpot.
- Add your meat on top of the veggies – no need to brown it beforehand!
- Pour in the broth and crushed tomatoes.
- Toss in the herbs along with salt and pepper.
- Secure the lid and set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Notes
Most soups can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days and freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. For storing, allow to cool fully before transferring to airtight containers.
