Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine your cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor, if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips turn a golden brown and crispy.
  2. Allow to cool before breaking into chips and serving.

Notes

Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze the chips but expect some texture change upon reheating. A quick reheat in the oven helps restore some crispiness.
