  • 1/4 cup cashew butter (or any nut/seed butter) Feel free to use almond butter or sunflower seed butter.

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips Mini chocolate chips recommended.

  2. Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a medium-large cookie scoop to dollop the yogurt mixture onto the sheet, leaving a little space between each.

Dipping
  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate to coat.
  3. Return the dipped bites to the baking sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Serving
  1. Enjoy right away or store in the freezer for later!

Notes

Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. For variations, try flavored yogurt or add in some fruit or nuts for extra texture.
