Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all frozen yogurt ingredients (except the mini chocolate chips) until smooth and well-combined.
- Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a medium-large cookie scoop to dollop the yogurt mixture onto the sheet, leaving a little space between each.
Freezing
- Pop the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 1 hour, until solid.
Dipping
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate to coat.
- Return the dipped bites to the baking sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Serving
- Enjoy right away or store in the freezer for later!
Notes
Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. For variations, try flavored yogurt or add in some fruit or nuts for extra texture.
