Preparation
  1. Slice the bananas thinly and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss gently to coat.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  6. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
  2. Let cool and enjoy your healthy snack!

Notes

Store the banana chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For a vegan twist, omit the sugar and replace it with maple syrup.
